Where is everyone???

I don't know about other dealers but our store is really hurting with the crash of the mortgage industry. I can remember 3-4 years ago it was normal to sell 13 cars on a Saturday. I just don't undertand how stores can stay in business. I think that dealers really need to start caring about their customers and actually doing the right thing in every deal. I have been in the Industry for close to 7 years now and let me tell you The Automotive Industry is out of control when it comes to franchise dealers. How many times have you been out shopping for a car and the dealer has put one of those "Market Adjustment" next to the window sticker? What the Hell is this? I can tell you a big fat lie!!! Please don't ever fall for this scandal. Dealers will get away with any hidden profit I have seen it. All I know is the point of this whole insert is to really take yourself out of the dealerships game and make sure that you are in charge everystep of the way...
